The Pa-O Education Committee (PEC) operates a Training and Development Center for local communities, offering programs in teaching, sports, and federalism education.
PNFC ၏ နိုင်ငံရေးဦးဆောင်မှုဖြင့် ပညာရေးကဏ္ဍကို ဖော်ဆောင်လျှက်ရှိသော ပအိုဝ်းပညာရေးကော်မတီ(PaO Education Committee-PEC) ၏ လမ်းညွန်မှုဖြင့် ရှမ်း-ကရင်နီ နယ်စပ်ရှိ ပအိုဝ်းကျေးရွှာစာသင်ကျောင်းတွင် 2024-2025 ပညာသင်နှစ် အခြေခံပညာမူလတန်း ကျောင်းသား/သူ အားကစားစုံညီပွဲတော် အောင်မြင်စွာကျင်းပနိုင်ခဲ့သည့် အခမ်းအနား မှတ်တမ်း။

တိုင်းရင်းသားပညာရေးအဖွဲ့အစည်း (EEO) ၈ ဖွဲ့ နှင့် နည်းပညာရှင်များ၊ မကွေးတိုင်း နှင့် စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်းဒေသကြီးများမှ ပညာရေးခေါင်းဆောင်များ ရေးဆွဲထားသော Bottom-up ပညာရေး မဟာဗျူဟာစီမံကိန်းတစ်ရပ် ကို မိမိတို့ ပအိုဝ်းပညာရေးကော်မတီ မှ တောင်ပေါ််ဒေသ ပအိုဝ်ကျေးရွှာများတွင် လက်တွေ့ မျှဝေခဲ့သည့် မှတ်တမ်း။
